Dear friends of ALERT and Quest,
I’m sending this update to you regarding Conqueror 101, a two week camp in upper Michigan for guys 16 and over. We have pretty much filled the first 12 slots available in the program (the number is dictated by available van space for transportation). We are willing to take a second vehicle if registration numbers indicated such a need, so I would like to ask that if you are at all interested but have been delaying your sign up, please register immediately. I cannot hold a space for you based on a verbal or email acknowledgement. Once we see how many additional guys wish to attend, I can get back with you and either confirm your registration or refund your money in later May if the numbers cannot justify the cost of a second vehicle.
Please note that your travel plans will likely call for a rendezvous point in Minneapolis by car or by plane. Figure this into your overall costs. There is no transportation available from Big Sandy, TX. DO NOT buy your ticket without consulting me first regarding the exact requirements for arrival and departure. I plan to get those requirements out in the next two weeks.
I’m
hoping you’ll consider this potentially life changing experience as we
not only enjoy the great outdoors of upper Michigan but engage in some
great interaction with like-minded guys as we tackle issues young men
are wrestling with today. And remember Conqueror 101 is not limited to
past ALERT family members or Quest attendees. If you know someone who
