2025 Summer Training 


This year is flying by, and the summer training quarter is coming up quickly! I wanted to let you know that the registration deadline is one week from today. 


If you have been thinking about taking 2nd Phase or our 3rd Phase Leadership & Communications course, now is the time to register. The final deadline is Monday, June 16 at midnight.

2nd Phase | June 28-August 30, 2025

Building on the foundation of Basic Training, Intermediate Training equips each man with the knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of life. Each week of ALERT’s 2nd Phase is a different introductory course ranging from leadership and apologetics to rope rescue to diving to firefighting. A heavy emphasis on personal responsibility and critical thinking encourages a desire for maturity in each man, and scheduled service deployments provide further opportunities for growth.


To register for 2nd Phase, fill out the Battalion Registration Form.


After you complete 2nd Phase, we are offering the following training options this fall: 

  • Aviation 

  • BT Cadre

  • Construction

  • Diving

  • EMT

  • Fire Academy (Newly Relaunched) 

  • Missions

Leadership & Communications  | June 28-August 30, 2025

ALERT’s Leadership & Communications course gives students an introduction to the skills needed to successfully influence people and articulate ideas from a Christian perspective. The course is designed to prepare students to be better leaders, husbands, and fathers. Topics covered include public speaking, foundational leadership principles, personal finances, apologetics, and more. Additionally, each unit spends a week in Washington, DC studying leadership in the field through the lens of American history. 


To register for Leadership & Communications, fill out the Battalion Registration Form.


Course availability depends on the number of students who register. The final registration deadline is June 16 at midnight.
