Last weekend the Missions unit returned from a training course hosted by Ethnos360 in Jersey Shore, PA. There we heard stories from missionaries who have witnessed firsthand the truth of the Gospel transform people from spiritual darkness to light. From blindness to a saving, transforming knowledge of God. People groups that had been entrenched in a worldview and culture of evil and falsehood were changed and set free, and only by the power of the Gospel and the working of the Holy Spirit! That is the power of the God we serve. May we continually look to God for, and point others to, His transforming truth in a world that is deceived by the enemy of our souls.
