This past Friday we advanced the 26 men of Unit 66 into the Battalion. Here are some highlights of their time in Basic:
All 26 men who started Basic finished; Unit 66 is only the second unit to achieve this 3 men were guidon bearers for Unit 66: Rsp. Babcock, Hendrich, and McRae The Endurance Hike lasted 23 hours and 20 minutes and covered 54 miles Rsp. Nisley won the Last Man Standing competition
We are looking forward to welcoming the men back for 2nd Phase on June 25. Please be in prayer for everyone who finished this unit, either as a recruit or as cadre, that they would rest and recover well. Pray also that the lessons they learned would sink deep and make a lasting impact in their lives. Thank you all for your prayers throughout these past few months! |
