While in training here at ALERT, the men will choose a skill to focus on for their 3rd Phase training option, whether it be Tech Rescue, EMT, Dive, Construction, or Cadre, the skills learned can not only be used to serve others but will also overflow into other areas of their life.

Throughout training, important life lessons are taught, including leadership, attention to detail, effective study methods, and teamwork. While these lessons are valuable, ultimately, none of them can change a person's heart. True transformation only comes through the redeeming love of Christ.
