Hello Hot Metal Community,
Blessings to you as we all have entered into a new paradigm of physical distancing during this COVID-19 pandemic. I say "physical distance" intentionally, because in my experience this week, social relationships are still going strong, they just occur in virtual space. Thank you for the ways in which you have engaged with one another and the community on Facebook, YouTube, Zoom. Thank you for still being in touch with one another through phone calls and texts and letters (a lost art!). May we continue to find reminders of ways we still get to connect with one another even as we are physically separated.
Thank you too, to Hot Metal's staff and volunteers, as we've adjusted so many things this week. The Table is still providing food, thanks to Victoria's leadership and coordination. People are still having their mental health cared for, as Autumn has shifted to virtual care. You are receiving this email because Erin M. has continued to run our communications in this new era. Bills are paid because Heidi is excellent. And families continue to receive faith formation resources because Candace is thinking and praying about ways to help them do that in this time. God is at work through these and so many more people, to continue to bring God's vision to fruition for God's beloved community.
Below are links and resources to continue to help us stay connected and engaged with one another. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me for prayer and pastoral care. I would love to connect individually as you need. Prayers for you all during this difficult time, and may God's light continue to shine through the cracks.

| Sunday Prayer Gathering via Zoom Sunday, March 22 at 10:30 We'll gather together as a community to do what we do best - pray for one another. Hot Metal Bridge Faith Community Facebook Group: This is a closed and private group, only for people who are active and connected to the community. This is a place where we can share prayers and other life updates with one another. Giving to Hot Metal: We appreciate those who are still able to financially support the work of Hot Metal as we continue to do ministry for the community and those in need.
