Hope you're enjoying your Tuesday! Just wanted to let you know that WEEK 11 content officially unlocked yesterday night. Have you had a chance to tune in?


This week is all about SLEEP!!! Sleep is the 3rd "S" of the Hormone Alchemy pyramid that will help support Cycle POWER protocol.


Just like with STRESS & SEX (libido!), SLEEP is an area that we can always nurture MORE, am I right?


Are you satisfied with your sleep right now? Can your sleep pattern be better? Are you open to falling in love with your sleep rhythm?

With the end of Hormone Alchemy Academy program approaching, make sure you're prioritizing the following:


  • Planning your cycle syncing meals/recipes ahead of time (Check out Week 10 for all of your selections!). *P.S. Follicular plans consists of menstrual phase to pre-ovulation; Luteal phase plans start after ovulation and end right before menstrual phase.
