It elevated me from being just another musician around Hollywood to someone who was special because of the credit. 

That was nice, but the best part was being able to tell my family and friends back home and have them watch the credit roll of the show for my name. 

Suddenly the “Why don’t you get a real job?” comments stopped forever. I felt successful and they felt I was successful, and there’s probably no better feeling in the world.

But I had help getting there. Someone on the inside who knew the music supervisor for the show gave him my tunes. It never would have happened otherwise.
