Hi Friend.

"It depends. Just use your ears."

You've been handed that answer a hundred times. The problem is, it doesn’t help much.

So I went back through about ten years of questions from my Q&A sessions and to this list, counted them, and answered the fifty that came up most.

It's called The Mixing Engineer's Answer Book, and it's out next Thursday, October 15th.

You don't read it front to back.

You open it to whatever is wrong tonight, get the answer and the reason it works, and go back to mixing.

No going down the YouTube rabbit hole.

All of this means YOU wrote the table of contents. I just answered it.
