What is Bidroom?
It is a closed reservation platform for travellers, which can only be accessed by registered members. The innovative system scans all the information, rates, availability, payment and cancellation policies of the establishments in the main OTAs and shows them exactly the same in Bidroom but with a minimum discount of 5% on public rates in other OTAs. There is no problem with rate disparity because Bidroom operates privately and rates do not appear in any metasearch engine or third party web pages.

At Bidroom travellers can find accommodations at least 5% off the main OTAs (Booking, Hotels.com, Expedia, Agoda).

Special deal for HHE Members on Membership Fee The annual membership at Bidroom is based on performance. Hoteliers pay an annual fee but only once a threshold of minimum revenue is reached: for bookings up to 1,500 € there is no fee to pay. In the coming days, Bidroom will get in contact with you to send you login details to your personal panel, from which you can manage your profile and set your discount. There is no risk in participating and you can resign from Bidroom at any time without any charges.
