Friends, there's so much misinformation out there and at large, the misinformation spreads because people just can't read past the headlines. And if they do make it past the headlines, it's usually filled with a bunch of fluff missing the steak and potatoes (depending on the publication) and that's on purpose! Let's repeat last weeks theme - it ain't over 'til it's over! In the case of CMS, the Supreme Court said something along the lines of 'the government does that have the authority to create these laws related to the cooties cure.' Basically, they're saying what Peggy's been saying all along - no president, no governor, no employer, or school, or board, or entity can make a law! And certainly not one that forces people to take the noodle!
We can't stress enough how important it is to get your information directly from the source.
