God has blessed me with you being a part of THE HEALTHY AMERICAN family.

Day in and day out, all day and every day, my husband Pastor David and I are dedicated to researching, writing, teaching and preaching the light of God's truth to help you keep your head above the waves in these turbulent times.

We hear from so many of you, with our in-box flooded not only with pleas for help in fighting this tidal wave of tyranny -- but with messages of gratitude for our guidance and direction.

Friends, as we sail into the weekend, my primary prayer is that you will persist in seeking the Light of Truth and continue to stand strong in the face of adversity.

I know how physically, psychologically and emotionally exhausting this battle can be.

That's why I have dedicated my mornings to bringing you my daily encouragement with THE HEALTHY AMERICAN MORNING SHOW Mon-Thurs at 10:00 am pacific on my youtube channel, THE HEALTHY AMERICAN.

This week, we talked about dealing with anger, sadness and regret, and how to process those emotions and use the lessons to move ahead, no matter what you are facing in life.

Next week I'll be sharing strategies for setting boundaries so you can stand up for yourself effectively, and honestly.

My overriding goal is to add positive value to your life.

In the afternoons at 3:00 pm, It's "PEGGY TO THE RESCUE" to provide positive solutions and tools to overcome tyranny. We roll up our sleeves and tackle these tyrants together!

Next week we are talking about discrimination, harassment and retaliation and what to do about it.
