Before we start, we’d like to share a big, warm WELCOME to the hundreds of people who signed up. By joining the Challenge, you are taking the first step towards a healthier, happier you. Now, the fun begins.

Whether you’re more comfortable with novice- or intermediate-level exercises, they show you how to get the most out of your session.
