Pediatric endocrinologist Jill Brodsky, MD* of CareMount Medical and on the medical staff of Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Virginia Cambalik, RD, CDN, a registered dietitian with Health Quest, will focus on appropriate meal composition, portion size and eating habits to promote healthy weight in children. The aim is to help parents and caregivers focus on healthy eating behaviors through normal hunger cues and what they can do to encourage this normal process. The discussion will also touch on what may interrupt those cues and then derail healthy eating.

These three physicians are now seeing patients in the Carmel Health Quest Medical Practice offices. The Heart Center is a division of the Hudson Valley Cardiovascular Practice, P.C.
