| | Darsana Martial Arts is excited to host Under Pressure: a ground fighting workshop with Guided Chaos Instructor, Ari Kandel.
This workshop will take you through a step by step process for dealing with one of the worst-case scenarios in self-defense: being on the ground with a violent aggressor on top of you. Rather than relying on brute force or rote techniques to free yourself from the ground, Ari Kandel will show you how to employ relaxation, sensitivity, unique movement concepts, and power generation to come out on top – literally. This approach is perfect for internal martial artists and anyone who wants to feel more confident in their ability to protect themselves on the ground.

There is a $50 per person fee to take part in the workshop.
This is an ADULT workshop, but you don't have to be a Darsana member to attend.
