I thought you might like to know how the survey turned out. 

Survey results indicated that 88%+ were interested in finding answers to these three questions, which we will address as priorities during the phone conference:

  • What should I do to protect my income starting on Jan 1st, 2014?
  • How can I increase profit without increasing patient volume?
  • Should I narrow my focus in 2014 to preparing for ICD-10?
These questions received responses of 55% - 44%:

  • How can I increase patient visits even though it looks like I don't have time to see any more?
  • How can I reduce costs and increase profit if I don't have time to manage my practice as it is?
  • How can I buy more time to concentrate on profitability?
I think we can probably address these questions during the conference too, along with addressing what to do about the new Obamacare plans.
