Subject: The most important breakthrough I’ve had in 20 years

Today is the final day of my “Make You Cry” Challenge.

Seven years ago, I had everything “working.”

I knew how to scale.

And I was good at it!

But I didn’t know how to stop pushing myself.

And I had no idea what it was costing me.

Fast forward to 2025…

This spring, I flew to Maui to work with an incredible coach I’d followed for years.

By day two, something cracked open.

Through a process called “shadow work,” I traced my need for control… my urgency… my obsession with getting everything “right”...

…back to something I had never seen before.

And in a moment I can only describe as a complete internal rupture…

I broke down in tears and cried harder than I’ve cried in 20 years.

It wasn’t sadness.

It was release.

It was the weight of 20+ years of high performance being put down.
