A while back, I had issues with my internet.

So I called my provider.

You know how that goes—phone trees, “press 1,” long holds, dropped calls. Repeat.

It took days to fix. But… they did fix it!

Years later, I switched providers.

First issue with the new company, I braced myself before calling. Here we go again.

But after a few prompts… a real person picked up.
