Now, I’m not here to knock Alex Hormozi. I love his books. I think he’s an inspiring figure.
But… I think it’s unnecessary.
I literally have clients who are approaching their studio business the same way I approached my music studio: work smarter, not longer.
Here was my experience:
I worked less than 20 hours a week
I was making well over $130,000 per year take home in the Midwest (adjusted for inflation)
I had a 24 year old operations assistant that was handling everything from billing to recital planning
I basically just showed up to teach about 4 hours per day and only had a little bit of work outside of teaching
I barely thought about marketing, admin, billing, etc… because I had everything dialed in (more on this in a minute).
I had enough time left over that I was building a second business and making an income from that too.
I had NO fires to put out… EVER (no exaggeration)
I want this for you, too.
I want you to have a simple, easy ownership experience.
How do you get to this level of ease?
That is what Nate and I are going to talk about at our final webinar of the summer…
No spoilers… but the reason that I rarely had any fires is that I was measuring my studio’s “vital signs.”
I knew what to track in marketing, retention, sales, admin, customer complaints, even student performance…
I knew how to interpret the data…
And I always knew what to adjust if something was “off.” I could catch problems before they materialized.
We are going to teach this to you at the webinar - so you can stop firefighting forever!
