Subject: If you push the button, we all die

What’s urgent vs what’s important

In 2025, a book was written that a lot of thought leaders in business, science, politics, and economics have hailed as the most important book of the year. The book is If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies.

It is a thought-provoking argument against anyone building a truly conscious AI.

Now, I’m not here to debate AI.

I am here to talk about what’s urgent versus what’s important, and how to know the difference.

It would be very easy for us to get distracted by things in the news, the constant outrage cycle, and all of the distractions surrounding events happening across the globe. I don’t use this word lightly… but it is exhausting.

As Naval Ravikant says, “The human mind wasn’t designed to process every tragedy on the planet in real time”

And so, with those thoughts in mind, what is important for each of us as individuals?

I have an answer.

It’s what is in front of us right now: our family, our homes, our health, and our livelihood.

The older I’ve gotten, the more I have ignored the news and focused on that which is immediately around me. And so, to that end, I put a lot of time into maintaining relationships and building my business. Those are my two biggest focuses.

I give my time, my energy, my focus, and my money to those two things.

And that is why I am here to remind you of two opportunities that you could take advantage of in the next two weeks.

OPPORTUNITY #1

The first is our free webinar tomorrow…

This is our final free webinar of the summer.

It’s designed to answer the question that I receive the most from music school owners.

How do I know what is most important in my business? What should I be working on? How do I determine the order in which to work on things!?!?!?

I have never done a webinar or podcast about this topic before.

OPPORTUNITY #2

The second is the 2026 class of the Founder's Forum.

If you have a desire to grow rapidly in 2026/ 2027, this is the program that you need to join.

We’ve already exceeded last year’s enrollment… and we have many returning members.

We perfected our curriculum in 2025/2026… to the point that EVERY school that worked with us increased revenue and solved major issues that they came to us with.

If you would like to work with Nate and myself…

Click here to apply for the Founder’s Forum

If you’d like more details about the Forum, simply reply to this email.

Have a great day!

Best,

Daniel

At GrowYourMusicStudio.com, it’s our mission to build a community of music education entrepreneurs that love building, scaling, and expanding their music studio! We focus on equipping these entrepreneurs with the very best information as it pertains to growing and scaling a successful, profitable music school. We love to help people learn how to market and scale their local and online studios. We do this by showing them how to teach students in a group setting rather than providing a service that can't scale - so they can live a great life and make a great living at the same time.
