There is a time and place for working really hard on your business.

But that should only be a season of your life… it shouldn’t be the default for years and years at a time.

In today’s free webinar, I’m going to show you the framework that I’ve used to help so many school owners reduce their workload and intentionally design their life.

A few examples:

In the summer of 2023, I had a client come to me who had been struggling to grow her business… and in 6 months, she increased her monthly income from $4k per month to around $11k per month
In the summer of 2025, I had a client come to me who had been working with another coach for years and had been experiencing “linear growth”... in under a year, that client got a commercial location, massively increased enrollment, hired an admin team, and reduced his teaching load to almost nothing… and is making his goal income managing his school in under 15 hours per week
In the winter of 2026, I had a client come to me who was super stressed out over her school, and was considering just shutting it down because despite having several hundred students… margins were very very low. The first thing we did was work on the negative emotions that she was experiencing… and her motivation returned and we are in the process of optimizing her school
In the fall of 2025, I had a client come to me who had an in home studio and was making about $9k per month. He now has an external location, an admin, teachers, is growing quickly… and hit $18k per month just 7 months later.

I could tell dozens of more stories just like this.

I’m telling you these stories… because EVERY ONE OF THESE PEOPLE started with the process I’m going to teach today.
