You can see from the screenshot I provided that the user was already in the system and tagged to another member since 2024. The system will always link the first double-opt-in to the member who referred them first (matrixfreelife).

The second email (tradersod@gmail.com) is in your account, but again, they signed up first in April, 2025. Please search for that email, as it won't appear in the most recent list when you load the page.
