Tools for Business Owners About The Principium Group |
| | | To our clients and friends:I am leaving for Louisville in a few minutes for Landscapes 2019 and GIE+EXPO. I always look forward to that trip and to seeing clients and friends and making new ones. If you will be there, there is still time to schedule a time to meet. Email or call us or schedule a meeting online.
The M&A activity in our industry is remaining very strong. Just in the last few days, we have seen a number of interesting deals. One of them is a search-fund style transaction. See the details below. I expect there to be more to follow.
Understanding the value of your business is an important part of exit planning and planning the sale of your business. If you have been considering a market value assessment of your business, we are running a promotion during GIE. Click here for more information. Act now, because the promotion ends October 20.
Next month, we will be releasing an updated version of our report on Valuation Trends in the Landscape Industry.
If you are considering selling or buying a lawn or landscape business or would like to discuss your options, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you. |
