Urgent signatures needed to protect hemp for pets!!

We've been long time champions of using CBD for your pets. CBD works well for pets with a variety of ailments, such as seizures, anxiety, and pain. Recent legislation will make ALL of the products we carry ILLEGAL. Send a message to your Senators HERE and tell them why full spectrum CBD is important to you! Congress has passed legislation that could ban many hemp and CBD products nationwide November 12, 2026. This would be devastating for countless families, pets, and businesses across the country who depend on safe, legal hemp products.

New Federal Restrictions (Effective Nov. 2026) are far too restrictive and may eliminate 95% of the hemp market. While these restrictions do move towards regulating and removing many of the loopholes that allow for dangerous synthetic and intoxicating hemp products, they also severely limit the ability to produce any full spectrum products.

The law sets an incredibly low cap of 0.4 milligrams of total THC per package for finished products. This is expected to make virtually all currently sold full spectrum hemp tinctures, pet products, and topicals illegal.

At Green Element we are fully supportive of sensible regulation to eliminate synthetic cannabinoids from the market and prevent “loophole” intoxicating products from being sold as “hemp”.

We are asking YOU join us in demanding that congress pass reasonable regulation for the hemp industry instead of endangering the health and wellbeing of millions of animals, veterans, people just like you who depend on hemp products for chronic pain, degenerative diseases, PTSD, anxiety, sleep, and general wellness.
