Important Announcement About Evanger's Foods
Unfortunately, a recent report of serious illness associated with an Evanger’s product has resulted in our decision to remove Evanger’s from our shelves for the time being. The affected product was not one that we sell at Green Dog, but given the nature of the complaint, we felt it was in the best interests of the pets who shop with us that we wait until additional test results have been completed before making a decision about whether to keep Evanger’s as a brand in our store. Your pet’s safety is of utmost importance to us, so while it is unlikely that any of our products were affected by this issue, we are concerned enough about this incident to take the precaution of pulling it all from the shelves until we have more information.
We do still have some product in the store, which you can purchase at your own discretion. If you have concerns about what to feed your pet as a replacement please let us know, we are always happy to answer any questions.
