This week we'll look at the first in an occasional series of celebrity Soul charts, so that we can get a deeper understanding of this simple idea of our Soul light being focused through the lens of our Sun and Moon signs.
Starting with Aries, the two examples of Aries Souls we're looking at today are John Lennon and Shakira.
The Soul Purpose for an Aries Soul (Aries Rising) is to inspire others with Divine Ideas, and we have two really excellent illustrations of how that inspiration works through our Sun and Moon signs here today.
We can see that there is always a bold, pioneering, innovative approach whenever someone has Aries Rising.

| | Both artists bring inspiration in an innovative way that transcends the generation they were born into. Both have Aries Rising, and so can be considered Aries Souls.
John Lennon had Sun in Libra in the 6th house. The Sun is also his 6th house ruler so if you look back to the newsletters of the previous two weeks we can see how channeling his prana or life force energy (the Sun) into harmony and balance (Libra) was a huge part of his life purpose.
He also had Moon in Aquarius, bringing a more universal message of humanitarianism into the public arena, to which he felt a deep emotional connection. The 'Divine Inspiration' of his Aries Soul was a theme in all his music and is especially captured in his iconic "Imagine" which has continued to inspire generations long after his death.
In contrast Shakira also is an Aries Soul, and her music is also inspirational and uplifting but in a very different way. We can see she has Sun in Aquarius in the 11th house (interesting that they both have 11th house placements) so we can see how much of her life force energy or prana (Sun) is focused on uplifting humanity, yet with a Cancer Moon in the 4th house she is also very much grounded in mass consciousness and in touch with ordinary people.
In contrast to John Lennon's more spiritual tone, Shakira's music sends a powerful message through the mass consciousness (Cancer) on an everyday level, from her two World Cup anthems that tapped into the hearts and emotions of the masses (Cancer) to her current "Try Everything" which again sends a powerful uplifting message to ordinary people... you can try even though you might fail, you might fall down yet you can get up again.
So we can see how the Aries Soul light of "inspiring others with Divine Ideas" shows up through their two different 'lenses': John Lennon with his Libra/Aquarius message of harmony for humanity, and Shakira with her Aquarius/Cancer global message of emotional strength for the people.

Rihanna, Penelope Cruz, James Dean, Joan Baez, Nostradamus, Linda Goodman, Stephen Arroyo, Barbara Streisand, and Morgan Freeman.
