1.  Messaging we know has errors and I am still unable to send even though some mebers can without problems; so have patience, we are in Beta and the new system we are building will blow you away.
2.   We are nearing the end of the month and the FREE lottery will have more prizes than ever before with the top prize likely to be around $20,000. 3.  Most of the processes are upto date ( deposits, withdrawals, tickets etc.) the one big one where we are behind is in KYC verifications taking at present 5 or 6 days. The bad news is its likely to get worse before it gets better! The good news is it WILL get better; we are building a new verification platform where the time to verify a member will be 1 minute or less instead of the current 5 minutes or more. Additionally the new system will allow us to get help from people rather that it all falling on my shoulders and so once the new system in up and running we should catch up fast and then stay on top of things. I can't give you a date for that yet so once again your patience is called for. Thanks!
4.   We have now made it a hard and fast rule that sponsors cannot be changed for ANY reason so make sure that when you are referring people they have your link and know your username!
