I believe its a scam and that you will never receive anything for your "verification payment"!
The same applies to any program advertised as free; if you have to pay to receive then it is no longer free and you may end up paying and getting nothing in return.
Meanwhile, consider becoming totally self relient.
What does this mean?
It means not relying on any 3rd party in any way to have everything you both need and want.
This may not seem real to you at present, but it is possible for anyone and with a little help and a lot of committment YOU can achive this status.
There is only one thing standing in your way and only one solution and they are both "YOU"!
