Once completed you will need to return the NDA document along with a copy of ID, (this is just a formality so that we know you are who you say you are).  

Only those who have completed and returned the NDA will receive the link for Fridays webinar.  The return email address for the NDA is on the document itself.

Those who take up the offer (I believe only about 10% of the shares being allocated to the public are still available) should confirm with me as I will be making a bonus distribution to our team.

There is no other way to get an invitation so if you can't complete the form online - print it, complete it then scan it and email it!
