Decide is just a word but when it is something you do it has unlimited power.

When I was in my 20's I used to smoke a couple of packs of cigarettes a day, it was not uncommom in those days.
Someone challenged me, by saying I was hooked and could not give up smoking.
I DECIDED to prove him wrong and gave up at that moment.
In my mind, I instantly became a non-smoker because of that decision, and I have never smoked since.
