"CRITICAL ALERT!! 🚨
Hey everyone! We've had a server issue when changing our email program over the weekend that is creating some issues. Currently we're down for maintenance and should be up anytime soon."

He also asked me to explain that the main site is working and that people can sign up but are not receiving the verification email; the information is being stored correctly and they will receive the email once normal service resumes. The dashboard is also down at present and  it's taking longer than expected with the whole problem due to extremely high bounce rates on emails sent caused largely by people signing up with invalid accounts such as gmail.net and gmail.org etc.

However, they are working on things and I have been assured that the issue will be resolved as soon as humanly possible; so, hang in there with patience and all will come good!
