BUGS and things in Your New Back Office (PLEASE READ AND SAVE THIS EMAIL)

1. Reward s for log in: this is not actually a bug but I am not happy with the way this is working and it will be changed as soon as we can. (within a week or so). Currently your rewards are paid after a 24 hour period so if you log in at noon each day you will see the reward. However, if you loggged in at noon yesterday and 11 am today the reward will not be paid. So please until we change this make sure you leave at least 24 hours between logging in. Note that if no reward is paid no time will be deducted from your stake and so you will not lose out on your total rewards other than it taking aday or so longer to complete.
2. It is required that all members will need to reset their passwords before logging in for the firt time. This is necessary because passwords are encrypted for security reasons and so can not be transferred from one database to another. This reset should only be necessary one time and depends on you having access to your registered email which is now used as your login username.
3. I promised that all members will be given 30 days FREE membership of the EBB and this will happen as soon as we can make the code for this. Similarly we will as soon as possible be crediting members with their pre-launch offers for EBB including the PofO upgrades. It is a priority so hang in there patiently please.
4. Commissions are still being paid on Stakes which is not allowed as stakes are not sales and puts us in shaky ground for compliance in many countries. This should not be happening and will be stopped but all payments already received by you will not be clawed back; keep them as an additional gift.
5. Note that we will now have 2 PofO systems,
   1. The existing Wealth Builder (WB) PofO where you only need to refer one new staked member in a month at any level. This will continue to operate as it always has but now you can attain a 50% basic bonus not just a 30% bonus. The bonus you earn can also be doubled in any month you refer an Elite member making it possible to have a 100% bonus doubling the transfer from your US$ Wallet at the end of each month. Qualification for thWB PofO will not qualify you for the EBB PofO below.
   2. The new EBB PofO operates on exactly the same bonus principle as above but is for the Easy Business Builder (EBB) and qualification is by referring a new paid member to the EBB in the current month. Once again refrerring a new member at the top Warrior Chief level doubles your bonus in that month. This bonus is designed to be paid instantly on your commissions paid into your Available Cash Wallet and so is based on qualification from the previous month. Example qualify in November for 10% and this will affect all your instantly available commissions in Decemeber, increasing them by 10%. If you qualified by referring a warriot Chief then it will of course be 20% doubled up for the month as usual. Qualification for the EBB PofO WILL qualify you for the WB PofO, so this is where you should concentrate your efforts earning instant commissions and both PofO Bonus with just one sale.
6. If you no longer have access to your email then you will need to submit a support ticket. https://simplefastcash.biz/support/Instructions.htm the link for support can be found in the menu of every public page of the website but at present there is no link in the member area. At present we cannot change your email but we will be able to get you access to your account and at a later date change of email will be available.
7. There was a bug in the calculation or re-staking from your WESAbundance wallet. This has now been fixed BUT there are some people who were overcharged and this will be corrected and your wallet will receive the necessary refund by the weekend.
8. Saving your profile had a bug in that some postcodes were not accepted and so it would not save. Note that this has now been fixed but to save information ALL fields must be completed including phone numbers and beneficiaries etc. This also applies if attempting to change the setting of automatic renewals.
9. Members getting blocked from their accounts was not working as it should and so this has been removed totall for now. Once fixed it will be restored as a protection for mrmbers from fraud and hacking.
10. the video at log in should only play if no wallet address has been added. It was not displaying for members who had added their wallet but the audio was still playing and this is no longer the case.
11. If you encounter other bugs then please put in a support ticket with full details as this is the ONLY way they will be found and corrected. Sending emails or messaging anyone or posting in Facebook will have no effect and so only waste your time and lead to frustration. USE SUPPORT!
12. We will be adding additional payment methods in the near future including upload of Tokens and Payment by cards.
13. We are constantly working to improve your experience within our community in every way and so have patience. We are not here today and gone tomorrow and are building something to benefit you and future generations for years to come. This has never been done before and it takes time to get everything right. Keep the faith and you will ultimately be very happy.
14. The downline builder in your member area is avaluable resource so check it regularly and use it to generate multiple income streams from outside our community. One recent addition is the FREE Bot System which we will be using extensively. Although this is free upto 100 contacts our systems will ensure you soon have many more than 100 (all potential income streams) and so in a while it will become advantageous to pay the upgrades which with growth will keep increasing in cost as your income grows. This factor and the added benefits of the VIP system make the option of a one time lifetime payment very attractive IF you can comfortably afford the $497. This option is only for a limited time and if you do take it up submit a support ticket with proof and we will credit your US$ Wallet with an equal sum. This will not ease cash flow but will mean you get the value ay $0 cost as liquidity of our tokens improves (this cash refund also applies to people taking founder membership in OnPassive).
