Last month we announced the Rigaku School for Practical Crystallography, to be held the first two weeks of June. The response was overwhelming and we have added a second school with hours more amenable to students in the Asia-Pacific area, to be held the second and third week of July. You will find registration links for both schools in the newsletter and details on the Rigaku website.

In this month’s newsletter we feature several interesting papers, introduce a new intelligent goniometer head, and highlight Elizabeth Papish and her laboratory at the University of Alabama-Tuscaloosa. You will also find useful links, videos, book review, survey (last month’s results might surprise you) and other helpful information throughout.
