Objectives of the webinar:

  1. Assess your competencies for helping others to take up new better ways of working by filling in the tested self-assessment tool quickly and easily (The “Equitable Implementation Facilitation Competence Standards” self-assessment tool (EIFCS self-assessment)).

  2. Use the tool to develop your implementation competencies, and to use for applying for a new job or your performance review and promotion and other uses.

  3. Develop your competencies and gain recognition by contributing to the standards and competencies committee work in different ways

  5. Using the self-assessment for different purposes and benefits for you by contributing to the standards and competencies committee work.
