Unfortunately, prospects won’t magically find us online, especially if we don’t market to them and that’s the hard TRUTH.

As coaches, experts, and thought leaders we are desperate to share our ideas, our thoughts, our knowledge, and stories but is anyone really listening?

𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭, 𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞?

No matter how skilled we are, how talented we are, or how good our content is, it can be really challenging to cut through all the noise out there.

We are constantly bombarded every single day with advertising, social posts, YouTube videos, and Tik Toks!

Sure, some of these can be educational and we can learn a lot for FREE but at the same time, all this content is adding to our daily distraction, confusion, and overwhelm.

As experts, we don’t want to just throw out any old content for the sake of it, we have to do our very best to put out the best work we can then work even harder to promote, promote and promote.

In fact, the promotion takes far much more time and effort than the content creation itself.

There are so many social media platforms online with new ones popping up each year. For newbies, it's overwhelming in itself to know which ones to post on.

On top of the social platforms, you have other ways of directing traffic to your content like email marketing, blogging, webinars, funnels, and various advertising networks whether paid or free.

𝐈𝐓'𝐒 𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐓!

So, what do most people do? Well, a little bit of everything.

And this is the problem…

I use to do this too.

I mean we don’t know what we don’t know, right?

The likes of Gary Vee will tell us we need to be everywhere.

And although this does help in the grand scheme of things, it’s a very time-consuming and overwhelming strategy.

Most coaches and experts start off as a ‘one man’ band until they can grow and hire an assistant as they grow their team.

So to try and be everywhere online is simply way too much to ask and can definitely lead to burnout or giving up.

When you try to divide your time like this between multiple platforms it’s a recipe for disaster.

After learning the hard way myself, my business has been simplified immensely by focusing on one big strategy and knowing what daily tasks I must perform each day.
