- Issue 03 - How to Use GeoMap to Find Gold

In the first email (Issue 01) we explained  that the most  consistent questions you ask Udo and I is;


1. Where can I find gold in WA?  (We sent you a newsletter and links to this video in our first email.)
2. Where am I allowed to go metal detecting for Gold in WA?

3. How do I know whether I am on ground that I am allowed to be on when metal Detecting?


The first two Questions were answered in Video 1 and Video 2:

- How do I know whether I am on ground that I am allowed to be metal detecting when I am out there prospecting?

How to Get GeoMap and Use it To Find Gold Locations and Know EXACTLY Where You Are On the Ground at All Times.


So about the third question  – How do I know whether I am on ground that I am allowed to be when  metal detecting?


And...How do I  Quickly Understand the localities that are worthwhile prospecting for gold Nuggets?


Now that you are aware of where you can target good gold localities (Video 1) and the Rules for Prospecting in West Australia (Video 2)

HOW DO YOU USE GEOMAP, so that  you;


-  Know the land can you are allowed to access to go metal detecting in WA ?

- Know where the gold is located and the type of Geology where gold is being found in an area.

- Know where the dryblowing and Metal detecting areas are.

- Know the exact localities  where gold has been found (or any mineral including Gems, Diamonds whatever you want to know) .


-  Know how to avoid  “no-go” areas.


-  Know  EXACTLY where you are on the ground when you are in the bush using GeoMap.

- Save tracks into a bush locality so you can go back to the exact place in a year (or 10 years) time.



GeoMap  - Is a free program provided by the DMIRS (Department of Mines) in Western Australia tells you all of  this.

  1. You KNOW what the Rules are,
  2. You KNOW where you are allowed to go legally prospecting,
  3. You Know where the Gold is likely to be Located, and ,
  4. USING GEOMAP - You KNOW exactly where you are on the ground!
