To reduce inflammation and promote healing, try a cold compress by soaking a clean cloth in cold water and apply it to the rash for 15-30 minutes several times a day. Tea tree oil and lavender oil have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory benefits. Consider diluting essential oils with a carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Quercetin, vitamin C, and stinging nettle are all supportive of healing along with their anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine properties. The ideal way to obtain all three ingredients is the supplement D-Hist by Ortho Molecular Products. D-Hist is also great for seasonal allergies.

Take all homeopathic remedies at least 20 minutes away from food, caffeine, garlic, and mint.
