Yoga Class on Community Day

🤸‍♀️ Indy Yoga Movement is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that brings yoga and mindfulness programs to Central Indiana schools and organizations. IYM instructors, certified with more than 200 hours of training, will guide students through exercises focused on breathing, strength enhancement, flexibility, and relaxation methods.

🕚The free/donation based class (previously starting at 10:30AM) will start at 11AM.

💧 The class will be a 30 minutes vinyasa flow. Bring your mat and plenty of water! 


📋 IYM will also have a table there that day and are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
