Our September Donation Drive is for the Wheeler Mission in Indianapolis. Wheeler Mission is a non-denominational, Christian, social services organization, which provides critically needed goods and services to the homeless, poor, and needy of central Indiana without regard to race, color, sexual orientation, creed, national origin, or religion. Founded in 1893, Wheeler is the oldest continuously operating as well as the largest and most diverse ministry of its kind in the state of Indiana. At Wheeler Mission they don’t attempt to cure homelessness and addiction. They address the deeper, root issues that cause them. Freedom then flows from the inside out. Wheeler Mission includes homeless services & residential programs for men, women and children and
addiction recovery programs. They provide Christ-centered programs and services for the homeless and those in need. Their services take a holistic approach to their local homelessness community by providing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual help. For more information, go to www.wheelermission.org.
