There is one name that we need to pay close attention to and that should be in our regular vocabulary. This name not only means something but there is power behind it. That name is Jesus. The word says, if you ask in His name you will receive (John 14:13), the bible also says, “The demons are subject to His name” (Mark 16:17). I can go on and on with more verses but more importantly the bible says, “Those who call on His name will be saved” (Romans 10:13).
Let’s start some “name calling” today. Imagine if all of us started calling out the name of Jesus over our homes, our work, and in our cars. What if we started shouting out His name over someone who is sick or someone who is battling depression? What if we start calling out His name in our marriages and over our families?
There is power in the name of Jesus! Let’s use it on a daily basis, not just for us, but for those around us. Let’s shake this earth with a mighty roar of His name!
