The cost of making a poor hiring decision is significant with lost productivity, quality, customer satisfaction – not to mention the costs associated with termination, possible legal ramifications and then having to recruit and train a replacement.

This workshop will provide the participants a practical, proven step-by-step approach to the interviewing process which they can utilize themselves and/or introduce to their organizations.
