The professional recognition as an experienced HR leader allows individuals to be of greater value to their organizations and increase their overall marketability.
Georgia Employers’ Association (GEA) will offer a five session training series for HR Professionals who are preparing for HRCI certification. The PHR and SPHR designations are key career distinctions for those in the human resources field, certifying skills, knowledge, and competence. The Certification training series is a key component in preparing for the certification exam.
The training format will provide for an easier and focused path to successfully take the certification exam after course completion. Learn from a certified instructor and network with other HR professionals.
Classes will be held on five Tuesday or Thursdays (10/3 – 11/14). The course materials align with the HR Body of Knowledge and correspond to the percentage of emphasis on the certification exams:- Business Management & Strategies
