Customer Service is Essential

We know it when we see it or hear it.  We know how we feel when we don’t get it. What is it?  ……

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!  In this day and age of automated phone systems and online web based systems great customer service has become a rare commodity.  Our Customer Service Training series gets to the heart of customer service, why it matters, how to deliver exceptional service, handle difficult situations and apply service recovery techniques.  Customer Service Matters is a two part, multi-module series focused on practical tips and techniques for understanding and delivering exceptional service. Skill building is accomplished through a combination of lecture, exercises, games, assessments, case studies, and skill checks.

Who Should Attend?

Customer Service Representatives, Lead People, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and anyone in the important position of maintaining and growing customer accounts and relationships.
