We can’t wait to welcome you to Keeping the Promise: A Frightful Night of Fun this evening at 6:30!! Please read on for some important updates and info!

Here’s what to expect:

💬 Special guest speaker: a former client sharing their story

ALL Sponsors-

• Please ask your guests to register/create an account before they arrive, if possible. They can go to the main event page at promise25.givesmart.com and hit the blue button at the top that says "Sign In or Register." If they do not do this in advance, we will have to do it at check-in, which slows the process of getting everyone in and having FUN! While they are there, they can add a credit card which they will use during the evening to participate in activities and/or make donations. This is a very safe and secure site!

• If you are decorating your own table for the Trunk or Treat Table Contest, We ask that you try to arrive a little early (5:30-6:00) if possible to avoid some of the foot traffic. The tables will have black tablecloths, FYI. *Please note- our records of who is and who is not decorating are not perfect... If you have a minute to email sclesceri@familypromisebutlercounty.com and confirm whether you are a "Yes" or a "No" that would be fantastic. If not, no worries!

ALL Ticketholders-

• Our 50/50 (Split the Pot) game is CASH ONLY. Tickets will be sold at $10/arm's length.

• Raffle tickets will be sold at 1 for $20, 3 for $50, or 8 for $100. These may be purchased through the event site via credit card or by cash. WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!

• Wine Pull, Live Auction (1 item), and all donations may be paid by card or cash.

• PARKING - The Fitton Center has an attached parking lot and we expect it to accommodate all of our guests. :)
