TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT we've all been waiting for! Last Call Trivia has asked us to send out this information to all participants, your help is greatly appreciated!

Prior to playing, ONE (1) person from each Team/Couple will need to log on to Play.LastCallTrivia.com via their smartphone and complete the prompts (have those Team Names READY!). THIS CAN BE DONE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT GRAINWORKS
Once you arrive Friday, and check in at the front table inside Grainworks, you will be given your Table Number and provided a "paid" ticket that you will turn in to the Trivia Host to receive your access code for playing. You will NOT be able to play without this access code.
Trivia will be played on the ONE (1) device per Team/Couple that has logged on to the above site. No paper will be handed out as this is an electronic tabulating system for ease in play and scoring.
Trivia will begin PROMPTLY at 7:00pm so please plan accordingly.
Additional games and 50/50 raffle will also be played throughout the evening - these will be CASH ONLY so again, please plan accordingly and let the others at your table know as well.

We are looking forward to a fun-filled night as we raise funds and awareness for Family Promise of Butler County! Thank you for making this happen!

Hello, lucky TRIVIA NIGHT ticketholders!

This is a friendly reminder that Family Promise of Butler County's first FUNDRAISER of 2023 is only 2 days away, FRIDAY, MARCH 31, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm @ Grainworks Brewery in West Chester

The first round of Trivia will begin promptly at 7 pm, so we ask that you and your guests arrive early, allowing you time to check in and purchase chances for additional games (see below), beverages from the bar, and food from Mama Bear's Mac (limited menu), before heading to your assigned tables.

In addition to Trivia, we will also have other (CASH ONLY) fun games of chance throughout the evening, including

Heads or Tails - $5 per person
Dead or Alive? - $5 per person
Take it Off! - Beads $1 apiece
Split the Pot - $1/ticket, $5/6 tickets, $10/arms-length (ticket drawn at 9 pm, must be present to win)

All chances/tickets/beads will be CASH ONLY! PLEASE LET YOUR GUESTS KNOW IN ADVANCE SO THEY CAN BE PREPARED.

Note- FPBC seats/tables are SOLD OUT!! If you find you are not able to attend after all, please let us know ASAP by contacting Kathy at bkaecook@aol.com. Any table without a representative checked in by 6:30 pm (and without prior notice) is subject to being reassigned to walk-ins. We apologize for the inconvenience but there has been a big demand for this event!
