REGISTRATION (SUPER IMPORTANT) Please respond to text or email prompts to register with GiveSmart and add your credit card information.* This will greatly expedite sign-in and you will be ready to purchase raffle tickets, wine pull chances, and beads (for bead game), as well as make donations, all right through your phone. *GiveSmart is a secure site. All information is safe and will not be shared.
FITTON CENTER PARKING Please arrive at the Fitton Center on time (the event starts at 6:30). There should be enough spaces in the Fitton Center parking lot, but if it is full, there is an overflow lot. Parking attendants will be present to assist you in finding your way.
EVENT LOGISTICS Our Keeping the Promise event will run from 6:30 - 10 p.m. It is on the 3rd floor of the Fitton Center. Please note - there is another event taking place on the first floor that night, hence why we are asking you to be there on time and avoid the rush in the parking lot. There will be signs and Fitton Center volunteers directing you to the elevator/3rd floor once inside the building.
