As we prepare for our upcoming Board planning session, Kamar Beaco, Executive Director, and I, Jennifer Withrow, Board Chair, are seeking your feedback. Your input is important to us. Please take a moment to complete this anonymous survey.

The survey is brief. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. There are two sections. The second section is specifically for the critical feedback from our families who have received Affiliate services. Responses go directly to our Regional Director, no personal contact information will be requested or shared, and most importantly, your input will go a long way in helping Family Promise of Butler County become stronger.
