We are happy to announce a new site added into the program at mile marker 0.5! This will make an alternative to the North River confluence property on East Timber Ridge if it is unavailable. Both sites make good put-in for trips to the downstream public boat launch at Port Republic.

Also, we have added in more info about how to portage the dam at mile marker 16.2, including a video to show you exactly what that portage entails should you be considering that stretch. It is not a super easy portage around the dam, but is doable.

Make sure to print off the new booklet and destroy/recycle any older, outdated, booklets. Do not share this link with anyone else, please.
