We try not to overload your inbox, but there is a lot going on right now and we wanted to make sure you knew about the following three events that did not make it into the recent newsletter...

Tonite:

Swoope Almanac, author talk with Bobby Whitescarver at the

Fishersville Library, 1759 Jefferson Hwy, Fishersville from 6-7pm. Check it

out!

In one week:

Tuesday, September 24, 4-5:30pm. Meet at 4pm to cleanup trash from

Middle River, then go get a complimentary beer at Skipping Rock Beer

Co. afterwards!

Middle River Cleanup is being help by Can’d Aid and the Ball Corporation.

Meet at the Verona Access Site on the northwest side of the bridge over

Middle River in Verona. Then play afterwards, at our Sponsor's place--

Skipping Rock Beer Co.

Before October 12:

Place your winter supply of birdseed order with the Augusta Bird Club. Not

only does Augusta Bird Club sponsor FOMR, but they use bird seed sale

profits to fund Nature Camp in Vesuvius. This is a good deal and a win-win-

win! Deadline to order is Oct. 12. Pickup or delivery date is Oct 19.
