Dear Middle River Friends,

After obtaining the best advice from local health officials, the Friends of the Middle River Board has decided to cancel the FOMR in-person FriendsFest picnic this year. We are disappointed as we would really like to see you, share our successes and celebrate our many terrific volunteers, but we want to do our part in keeping our members and our community safe.

We will still hold the raffle drawing for the kayak and other great prizes and update you in the coming days on how we will share the results with you.

We hope you will be able to safely enjoy the river in these waning days of summer!
